Delivery Information & Order Processing
To ensure a seamless delivery, please double-check that the provided address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect or missing details.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver may leave the flowers at the doorstep or another designated safe spot, based on the delivery instructions given.

Flower Substitutions
Due to seasonal changes and flower availability, we reserve the right to make substitutions without prior notice. However, we promise to maintain the bouquet’s color palette and overall theme while adding a unique, thoughtful touch to ensure the arrangement remains beautiful and cohesive.

Holiday & High-Demand Periods
During peak occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, delivery schedules may be extended due to increased order volumes. We recommend placing your order ahead of time to guarantee timely arrival.
Same-day delivery may be limited or unavailable during these busy times.

Signature Upon Delivery
For certain orders, particularly those of higher value, a signature may be required upon delivery. If this applies to your purchase, we will inform you in advance.

Possible Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery commitments, unexpected situations such as weather disruptions, traffic congestion, or unforeseen events may cause slight delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed as much as possible.

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
Since flowers are perishable, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us upon receiving your arrangement, and we will assess the situation to determine whether a replacement or credit note is appropriate.

Customization & Special Requests
While we strive to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific flower varieties, packaging, or design elements. If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will use our professional judgment to provide a suitable alternative.

Photos of Arrangements
We provide photos of arrangements only upon request or when customization is involved. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to receive a photo of your order.

Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the provided address or designated safe location, we are no longer responsible for any damage, theft, or deterioration of the flowers due to environmental conditions (e.g., heat, wind, or lack of water).

Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in preparation for delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you. However, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to fulfill an order due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, accidents, or supply chain disruptions.
