Due to seasonal changes and flower availability, we reserve the right to make substitutions without prior notice. However, we are committed to preserving the bouquet’s original color palette, style, and overall theme. Each substitution is made with care, ensuring your arrangement is still beautiful, thoughtful, and aligned with your chosen design.

2. Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

As flowers are perishable goods, we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will assess the concern, and depending on the situation, may offer a replacement or store credit

3. Customization & Special Requests

We welcome your ideas and special requests. However, all customization is subject to the availability of flowers, packaging, and design elements. If we are unable to fulfill a specific request, we will use our expertise to provide a comparable alternative that captures the intended look and feel. Please share any allergies or sensitivities at the time of order.

4. Photos of Arrangements

We do not routinely send photos of standard arrangements. However, we are happy to provide photos upon request or for customized orders. Please inform us at the time of placing your order if you would like a photo sent before delivery.

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are in preparation or out for delivery. To make changes or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees depending on the nature of the request and timing.

6. Delivery Policy

After delivery, the care and condition of the flowers are the responsibility of the recipient. We include care tips with every arrangement to help extend the life of your blooms. We are not liable for issues arising from neglect, improper storage, or handling after delivery.
